It is totally unusable. Worst beauty investment ever and customer service, in spite of photo to see if it damaged has not gotten back to me after a $25 investment.

Everyone knows that this curler is always rated #1. Well it took me 45 years to actually hit “click to buy”. I’m so glad I finally did. It’s worth all of the hype and nothing will ever compare. As they say, better late than never!
